§ 50.08  TRANSPORTING, DEPOSITING, OR DUMPING WASTES.
   All persons are prohibited from transporting and depositing or dumping on public or private lands or into public or private waters within the city any garbage, trash, cinders, debris, refuse, or waste material of any description which was not produced within the city.
