For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
E-WASTE.
(1) Televisions;
(2) Computer monitors;
(3) Computers (including desktops, laptops, and tablets);
(4) E-readers;
(5) Fax machines;
(6) Peripherals (including keyboards, mice, external hard drives, printers, all-in-one printer/scanner/copiers, projectors, and any other devices that are sold exclusively for external use with a computer and provide input into, or output from, a computer);
(7) DVD players (including gaming systems that are able to play DVDs);
(8) Digital photo frames;
(9) Digital media players;
(10) iPods/MP3 players;
(11) Camcorders/cameras;
(12) DVR/TiVo devices (including cable boxes and satellite boxes, but not satellite dishes);
(13) Portable GPS navigation systems; and
(14) Microwave ovens.
TRASH. Ordinary household waste and garbage, including putrescible and nonputrescible solid and semi-solid items of waste except for:
(1) Human and animal body waste;
(2) Liquids;
(3) Liquid or water carried wastes which are normally disposed of in sanitary sewer systems;
(4) Hazardous waste;
(5) Infectious waste;
(6) Motor oil;
(7) Paint;
(8) Building materials;
(9) Appliances, furniture, household fixtures, and/or any other similar bulky items; and
(10) Lead acid batteries.
