In the event that a user disputes any interpretation or ruling of the Wastewater Superintendent on matters covered by the chapter, that user may request an appeal before the entire City Council, which request must be in writing and be made within 30 days of the Wastewater Superintendent’s action. A hearing will be held by the Board at which time the user may present its arguments on the issue.
