313.09 RIGHT TURNS ON RED PROHIBITED.
(a) In addition to intersections where the Director of Public Safety has prohibited a right turn against a steady red signal pursuant to Section 313.03(c)(4), no person shall make a right turn against a steady red signal at any of the following intersections:
State Route 43 and Bissell Road (the northeast corner of Bissell)
State Route 82 and State Route 43
State Route 82 and State Route 306
State Route 43 and State Route 306
(b) The prohibition against right turns at the aforementioned intersections shall only be effective when appropriate signs are posted and the Director of Public Safety may cause such signs to be posted or removed at his or her discretion after consultation with the Police Chief and the Fire Chief.

(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
