193.01 APPORTIONMENT OF FUNDS.

(a) All estate tax revenues, up to one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000), received in any calendar year, shall be apportioned equally between the City's General Fund and to the City's Storm Water Utility Fund.

(b) Any estate tax revenues, received in any calendar year, exceeding one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) in that calendar year, shall be apportioned to the City's General Fund. (Res. 1987-143. Passed 12-28-87.)
