189.04 STAMP ON CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION.

   Such payment of the tax herein levied shall be evidenced by a stamp on the Certificate of Registration by the official issuing the same and by issuance of a sticker, decal or tag prescribed by the Registrar of Motor Vehicles which may be used from March 16, 1970, for the succeeding year and shall be purchased from March 16 to April 16 of any given year for the next succeeding year starting on April 16 of each year.
