153.03 JURISDICTION OF DIVISION.

The Division of Parks and Recreation shall be responsible for the maintenance of public parks, recreation areas and bike paths within the City. The Division shall also be responsible for establishing and administering recreation programs, sports programs, senior programs, community education and special events. (Ord. 2016-017.
