141.08 MEETING AND DRILLS.

It is the duty of each member of the Division of Fire to attend all meetings and drills. Regular meeting shall be held twice each month for drill and instruction. Special meetings may be called as often as deemed necessary by the Fire Chief, after giving one week's written notice to each member of the Division of Fire.
