139.03 SERGEANT.

There shall be five positions of Sergeant within the Division of Police to be filled by appointment by the Mayor with the approval of Council. Each appointee shall continue in office until removed therefrom for the causes and under the powers and procedures provided by law. (Ord. 1986-11. Passed 1-27-86.)
