106.02 PERFORMANCE BONDS AND MAINTENANCE BONDS.

All performance bonds given to the City for public improvements shall be substantially in the form of the performance bonds set forth in the City's standard public works contract and shall include a provision that the performance bond shall not be released until a one-year maintenance bond has been given to the City. The maintenance bond shall be substantially in the form of the maintenance bond set forth in the City's standard public works contract.
