106.01 PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACTS.

There is hereby adopted a standard public works contract for the City attached to original Ordinance 1982-99. All contracts for public improvements to which the City is a party shall be in substantial conformance with the adopted standard public works contract, a copy of which shall be maintained in the office of the Clerk of Council.
