SECTION 20.01. COMPOSITION AND TERMS.

The Mayor shall, with confirmation by a majority vote of Council, appoint a Commission of nine (9) qualified electors and registered voters of the Municipality, holding no other office or appointment in this Municipality, as members of a Charter Review Commission to serve until their duties as outlined in Section 20.02 hereof are completed. A subsequent Commission shall be appointed not more than five (5) years after the preceding Commission. Members shall serve without compensation.
