767.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates Section 767.02 (a) and/or Section 767.02 (b) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each violation shall be deemed to be a separate offense.

(b) Whoever violates Section 767.02 (c) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
