We, the people of the City of Aurora, in the County of Portage, and State of Ohio, in order to secure for ourselves the benefit of municipal home rule and to exercise all of the powers of local self-government under the Constitution and the laws of the State of Ohio, do hereby adopt this Charter for our Municipality
