751.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and, in addition, may have his or her registration revoked by the Director of Public Safety or his/her designee. A second offense shall be enhanced to a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
