751.06 PROSECUTION FOR VIOLATION.

Conviction and punishment of any person for peddling or soliciting without a registration shall not excuse or exempt such person from the payment of any registration fee due or unpaid at the time of such conviction and nothing in this chapter shall prevent criminal prosecution for any violations of any provision of this chapter.
