191.02 LEVY OF ADDITIONAL TAX.

   In addition to the tax levied under Section 191.01 , there is hereby levied an additional tax of three percent (3%) of the amounts received for lodging and for rooms by a hotel or motel within the corporate limits of the City, which tax shall be placed in the General Fund of the City and fifty percent (50%) of which shall be contributed to the Tourist and Convention Bureau run by the Aurora Chamber of Commerce.
