939.06 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

The City of Aurora shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this chapter. The City of Aurora may contract with the Portage County Board of Health or such private or public sector entity as the City deems necessary to conduct inspections and monitoring and to assist with enforcement actions.
