1341.35 POWERS AND DUTIES.

   (a)    The Planning Commission shall hear and decide appeals where it is alleged there is an error in any order, requirement, decision or determination made by the Floodplain Administrator in the administration or enforcement of these regulations.

   (b)    The Planning Commission may grant variances in accordance with Section 1341.37 of these regulations.
