1341.34 APPEALS BOARD ESTABLISHED.

(a) The Planning Commission, as duly authorized and constituted in the Aurora Codified Ordinances, shall serve as the appeals board for these regulations.

(b) The Planning Commission powers, duties, composition, and appointment shall be in accord with Section 1137.01 and 1137.02 of the Aurora Codified Ordinances. The BZA records are available for review by the public, during regular business hours, at 129 W. Pioneer Trail, Aurora, OH 44202.
