1341.12 DESIGNATION OF THE FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR.

The Director of the Planning, Zoning and Building Division or the Director's designee is hereby appointed to administer and implement these regulations and is referred to herein as the Floodplain Administrator. (Ord. 2009-095. Passed 7-27-09.)
