755.03 NOISE CONTROLS.

No one shall engage in the business of mobile frozen desserts sales in such a manner as to create a loud voice or use any noise-producing device other than a soft chime heard not more than 150 feet from the vehicle, or to commit any breach of peace in soliciting the sale of the frozen desserts products. (Ord. 2009-080. Passed 5-26-09.)
