108.01 STATEMENT OF PURPOSE.

The purpose of this section is to establish reasonable guidelines to be followed in the event that the issuance of change orders to a previously approved Municipal contract becomes necessary. Further, this section consolidates and restates the current change order policy which has been adopted and amended by Ordinances 2001-042 and 2002-057 and motion.
