152.02 PERSONNEL.

The Division shall consist of a Wastewater Facilities Manager who shall report to the Director of the Department of Public Services and such other employees as shall be deemed necessary including, but not limited to, an Assistant Wastewater Facilities Manager, Wastewater Laboratory Operator and Wastewater Maintenance Operator.
