152.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

There is hereby established a Division of Wastewater Treatment of the Department of Public Services to be responsible for the operation and general maintenance of a wastewater treatment and disposal system utilizing wastewater lift stations, pressure mains and biological treatment of the City’s wastewater treatment plants and facilities.
