167.10 EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
   (a)    The City shall make available to the Employee a list of service providers for initial substance abuse assessment or treatment.
   (b)    The City may make a mandatory administrative referral of the Employee to an EAP for these services.
   (c)    Continuing City liability will be limited to Health Insurance benefits.
