1327.99 PENALTY.

   (a)   Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter or any lawful order issued pursuant thereto is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisoned not more than 180 days or both. Each day during which noncompliance or a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

   (b)   Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed as a waiver of the City’s right to bring a civil action to enforce this Chapter’s provisions, including injunctive relief or any civil penalty. (Ord. 2005-175. Passed 12-19-05.)
