1327.05 TERMS OF REGISTRATION

   All registrations shall be subject to the following provisions:

   (a)   No permit shall be issued until all required contractor registrations have been issued for all work done under that permit;

   (b)   All registrations shall expire on December 31st of the year the registration is issued;

   (c)   No proration of fees shall be granted due to part of the year having elapsed at the time of registration;

   (d)   All work done under any permit must be done under the direct supervision of the person registered to do such work; and

   (e)   No registered person shall use their registration to obtain a permit for, or allow work by, any unregistered person.
