1327.04 APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION.

   All registrations shall be applied for in the Building Department in accordance with procedures established by the Director on forms provided by the department. Application for registration shall include the following items:

   (a)   A completed City application;

   (b)   A one hundred dollar($100.00) fee;

   (c)    A ten thousand dollar ($10,000.00) performance bond shall be required for all applications filed before December 31, 2022; effective January 1, 2023, a twenty-five thousand dollar ($25,000.00) performance bond shall be required for all applications; (Ord. 2022-087. Passed 5-23-22.)

   (d)   A certificate of insurance;

   (e)   A copy of State of Ohio certification for mechanical contractors (plumbing, electrical, HVAC);

   (f)   A completed R.I.T.A. form; and

   (g)   Such other information as may be required by the Department.
