1327.01 PURPOSE AND EFFECT.

The purpose of this Chapter is to protect the safety and welfare of the general public, and specifically the owner and occupants of all regulated buildings and other structures in the City, by ensuring that all contracted work is performed by qualified, insured, and bonded contractors. It shall be unlawful for any person to perform contract work in the City without first having registered in compliance with the provisions of this Chapter.
