173.10 TIME, FEE AND NOTICE OF APPEAL.

   An appeal from any decision of the Building Official may be taken within thirty days of that decision by paying the required fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) and filing a notice of appeal on the form provided by the Building Department. In the event the Board finds it necessary to obtain any legal, engineering or other expert testimony, the appellant shall be responsible for any costs associated therewith. The filing of an appeal shall stay any further action of the Building Official until such appeal is resolved.
