1116.06 MAINTAINING LEVEL OF SERVICE REQUIRED.

   (a)    No site development, change of use, or major subdivision shall be permitted to negatively impact the level of service of any road or significant intersection located within the study boundaries as set forth by the Director of Public Services during the initial conference with City staff.

   (b)    The applicant shall be required to pay the costs of any road improvement made necessary by the site development, change of use, or major subdivision in order to provide access to the project and to maintain the Level of Service of the affected roads or intersections.
