1116.05 STUDY PREPARER/REVIEWER QUALIFICATIONS.

Trip generation and traffic impact studies shall be prepared by a Registered Professional Engineer with demonstrated experience in traffic or transportation who shall sign and seal the reports. (Ord. 2022-081. Passed 5-23-22.)
