1111.09 SITE PLANS FOR CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENTS.

The provisions of this Chapter 1111 Site Developments shall apply to all condominium developments. In addition, all provisions of these Regulations shall apply to condominium developments, except that the Planning Commission shall waive any provisions of these Regulations which it determines to be in conflict with the laws of the State of Ohio with regard to condominium developments. The Planning Commission may also waive with cause any specific design provisions which it finds to be inapplicable to the layout or other features of a condominium development.
