1109.09 GRADING, STORM WATER MANAGEMENT, AND EROSION CONTROL FOR SUBDIVISIONS AND SITE DEVELOPMENTS.

All subdivisions and site developments shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 1113: Storm Water, Grading, and Erosion. (Ord. 2013-130. Passed 1-27-14.)
