1105.09 ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS.

   The applicant shall advise the Director of Engineering, Utilities, and Inspection in writing when all improvements have been completed and all requirements and conditions have been complied with. When the Director of Engineering, Utilities, and Inspection and the Service Director determine that all improvements have been completed and that all requirements and conditions have been complied with, the Director of Engineering, Utilities, and Inspection and the Service Director shall make a recommendation to City Council to accept the improvements for ownership, operation, and maintenance by the City. City Council may accept the improvements by the adoption of a resolution.
