1101.07 AMENDMENTS.

   (a)   The Planning Commission, on its own motion and after public hearing, may, with approval of Council, amend, supplement or change these Subdivision and Site Development Regulations. Notice shall be given of the time and place of public hearing by publication in at least one newspaper of general circulation in the City for thirty (30) days prior to holding such hearing. The amendment or amendments shall be on file in the office of the Commission or any other public place designated by the Commission in the public notice during such period of publication.

   (b)    The Planning and Zoning Director may, from time to time, adopt and amend rules and instructions for the procedure for administration of these Subdivision and Site Development Regulations, to the end that approval of plats will be expedited.
