1101.06 SEPARABILITY.

If any section, paragraph, clause, phrase or part of these Subdivision and Site Development Regulations is for any reason held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such judgment shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Regulations and the application of those provisions to any persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
