105.03 SALE.

   Subject to the provisions of 105.02(c) herein and on the recommendation of the Director of Public Service that real estate or interest therein owned by the City is no longer needed for any Municipal purpose, Council, by ordinance, shall determine by two-thirds affirmative vote, of the members elected to Council, that such real estate or interest therein is no longer necessary for any Municipal purpose and may approve and authorize the Mayor and the Director of Finance to make such sale and execute the necessary documents to consummate the transaction.
