955.05 COMPENSATION.

Members appointed to the Tree Commission shall serve without compensation, but shall be entitled to reimbursement for any and all necessary expenditures in carrying out the duties of such Commission. The Tree Commission may retain the services of qualified professionals in addition to the City Arborist as may be necessary to facilitate the functions of the Commission.
