A copy of the Ohio Fire Code, is on file with the Fire Department for inspection by the public. Copies are also on file in the Portage County Law Library. The Ohio Fire Code is copyright protected by the International Code Council. Copies may be purchased through ICC Publications, Chicago, IL. The State Fire Marshal, through an agreement with ICC, may also make available a free on-line internet reference of the Ohio Fire Code from time to time as he or she sees fit. (Ord. 2019-209.
