1333.07 PONDS AND/OR LAKES.

No pond and/or lake within the City shall be created or widened unless the owner of the property upon which the pond and/or lake is located or shall be located first obtains a written permit from the Building Inspector authorizing such creation or widening. The permit shall be issued only upon payment of a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) and upon presentation of approval by the Portage County Soil and Water Conservation District.
