1333.06 RESEEDING AND REPLANTING.

Any portion of land from which topsoil has been removed under a permit issued within the provisions of this chapter shall be reseeded or replanted with grass or other satisfactory planting within six months from such removal in order to prevent erosion, creation of dust or other conditions of nuisance. A cash bond shall be deposited with the Building Inspector conditioned on carrying out the provisions of this section. The bond shall be in such amount as will assure, in the opinion of the Building Inspector, a full compliance with this section.
