1331.02 PRIVIES AND OUTHOUSES.

   Privies, privy vaults and outhouses shall be permitted only for temporary use in connection with a building operation or while permanent facilities are being constructed or under conditions where the construction of other more sanitary facilities is impractical or would result in undue hardship. No privy, privy vault or outhouse shall be constructed or maintained so as to constitute a nuisance or without a permit from the Building Inspector. (Ord. 1973-843. Passed 2-11-74.)
