1321.08 FOUNDATIONS AND CHIMNEYS.

(a) The Architectural Board of Review shall examine all plans for residential construction and confirm the plans show that all foundations to grade and all chimneys shall be clad in brick.

(b) Failure to build residential structures in conformance with this requirement can result in a stop work order issued by the Building Department to the builder, subdivider, owner, agent, and/or person in control of the construction. Upon notice, any stop work order is appealable pursuant to Section 1321.06.
