1321.05 APPROVAL PROCEDURE.

The concurrence of at least three members of the Board shall be necessary for approval of any application, and each member so concurring shall endorse his approval on the application. If the necessary approval has been endorsed on such application, the Building Official shall issue the appropriate permit.
