1165.07 LOCATION.

   New wireless communication towers and antennas may be located only on City owned property and shall be subject to the regulations set forth in this Chapter and the regulations  applicable to the I1 Manufacturing, Processing and Wholesaling District but only to the extent such regulations do not conflict with the regulations set forth in this Chapter. Wireless communication antenna may be located in residential zoning districts provided they are not associated with wireless communication towers but are part of an existing structure and shall be subject to the regulations set forth in this Chapter and the regulations of the particular zoning district in which the antenna is proposed to be located but only to the extent such regulations do not conflict with the regulations set forth in this Chapter. Wireless communication towers shall be on sites of five (5) acres or larger provided a Conditional Zoning Certificate has been issued by the Planning Commission with the approval of Council.
