1115.01 PURPOSE.

   The purpose of this chapter is to provide standards for the improvement and maintenance of trees and other landscaping in public rights-of-way and open areas and yards in site developments; to improve the function and appearance of off-street parking and vehicular use areas; to require a buffer between differing land uses, and to minimize soil erosion and the transmission of noise, dust and glare between adjoining properties.
