1107.05 IMPROVEMENT PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.

   The applicant shall submit improvement plans and specifications, consistent with the requirements of the Engineering Construction Standards, and which include, at a minimum, the following:

   (a)   Road Plans. Plans, profiles, typical sections, and specifications for all proposed public and private roads.

   (b)   Water Plans. Plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications for all proposed public and private water lines, including laterals.

   (c)   Sanitary Sewer Plans. Plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications for all proposed public and private sanitary sewers, including laterals.

   (d)   Subdivision Grading Plan. as required by Chapter 1113.

   (e)   Storm Water Management Plan. as required by Chapter 1113.

   (f)   Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). Plans, profiles, typical sections, detailed drawings of structures and other elements, and specifications for all proposed public and private stormwater facilities, including above and below ground installations, and including but not limited to swales, ditches, pipes, detention or retention ponds, and lateral connections as required by Chapter 1113.

(g)   Landscape Plan. Location plans, planting layouts, typical planting details, and specifications for all proposed street trees and other landscaping areas (such as cul-de-sacs, boulevards, and subdivision entries) proposed to be installed as subdivision improvements.    (h)   Lighting Plan. Location plan, specifications, and lighting intensity data for the design and installation of lighting in the public right-of-way, public walkways, and other areas intended for use by the general public. Provide intensity meeting requirements of ODOT Traffic Engineering Manual, Current Edition, Section 1100 Highway Lighting. (Ord. 2022-084. Passed 5-23-22.)

   (i)   Sign and Traffic Control Plan. Location plan and specifications for the design and installation of all public right-of-way signs required to comply with regulations, road name signs, and any additional signs proposed by the applicant.

   (j)   Such other plans, drawings, and information as the City may require to determine and document compliance of the proposed subdivision with these Regulations.

   (k)   Street opening permit. Prior to initiating any work which involves the cutting of road pavement or other disturbance within an existing public right-of-way, the applicant shall obtain a permit for street opening or other approval as required by the Service Director.
