1101.02 AUTHORIZATION FOR ADOPTION, REPEALS.

   (a)   These Subdivision and Site Development Regulations are authorized by the City Charter and the Constitution and the Revised Code of the State. Upon the adoption of these Subdivision and Site Development Regulations, the preceding adopted Subdivision Regulations are hereby repealed.

   (b)   Throughout these subdivision and site development regulations sections and subsections appear which were previously a part of the Aurora Codified Ordinances. In instances where a section or subsection was formerly a part of the Aurora Codified Ordinances, either without change or with a substantially similar text, that fact is called out. Prior history of a section or subsection may be called out by a reference following the section or subsection indicating.
